We strive to inspire a love for the game while helping each child grow both on and off the field through positive coaching, encouragement, and inclusive participation.
UNC Defensive Back
A comprehensive look at my performance during the 2024 season with the North Carolina Tar Heels. The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) is a prestigious public research university known for its deep-rooted athletic traditions and academic excellence. As a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), the Tar Heels are a perennial powerhouse in college sports, particularly in basketball and football. The football program has a reputation for developing elite defensive talent and versatile playmakers who frequently transition into high-level NFL prospects.

Houston Texans
The Houston Texans have become a defining chapter in Alijah Huzzie's professional journey, representing a story of resilience and high-upside potential. After a standout college career at UNC, Huzzie joined the Texans as a highly-coveted undrafted free agent in 2025.
Despite an early injury setback that delayed his debut, the organization showed significant faith in his talent by signing him to a multi-year deal worth over $2.6 million—a rarity for undrafted players. Huzzie quickly rewarded that trust, making his mark as a versatile playmaker in the secondary. He famously capped off his rookie regular season by recording his first career NFL interception in a Week 18 win over the Indianapolis Colts on January 4, 2026.
Within the Texans' defensive system, he is valued for his:Versatility: Ability to play both outside corner and at the nickel (slot) position.Ball Skills: A natural "ball hawk" who maintains the elite tracking ability he showed in college.Special Teams Impact: Utilizing his experience as a returner to contribute across multiple units.
